The optional Desjoyaux electrolysis system uses nature’s own water cleanser – sea salt – to powerfully sterilize your pool water and do away with the unpleasant effects of harsh chorine.
By integrating two great ideas from nature – sea salt and electricity – you can all but eliminate your pool’s dependence on chemicals. The system automatically adds a small amount of salt to the pool water, and once filtered, uses electrolysis to convert the salt into a powerful sterilizing agent that kills off all algae and bacteria.
The Salt System works best when pool water has a pH of 7 - 7.2. With our optional pH Regulator, you’ll enjoy nearly maintenance-free operation. The regulator checks the pH levels regularly and self-cleans through reverse polarity.
