Atlanta suburb Roswell, GA will soon be home to the North American flagship showroom and headquarters for French luxury pool manufacturer Desjoyaux (pronounced deige-y-o). The grand opening on Saturday, April 2 will combine French refinement with American flare as the Atlanta community is introduced to Desjoyaux - a brand that maintains a reputation of quality and innovation across the globe.
Almost 50 years ago, Jean Desjoyaux of France sought to create a retreat for his family - a home oasis where he and his loved ones could enjoy pristine and relaxing waters. That is where the Desjoyaux Pools® legacy began. This legacy continues with the grandchildren of Jean Desjoyaux leading the company’s expansion into North America and Brazil, thus making Desjoyaux the world’s leading swimming pool manufacturer by supplying more than 14,000 pools on five continents each year.
Successfully applying craftsman’s values on an industrial scale, Desjoyaux has opened up endless possibilities in terms of shapes, sizes, options and equipment for American families everywhere with exquisitely manufactured, yet affordable pools. In addition to providing quality and affordability, Desjoyaux has pioneered and patented two revolutionary pool concepts that use less energy - the pipeless filtration system and the monolithic structure - earning them the reputation as one of the most environmentally-friendly pools in the world.
“Desjoyaux has a rich history in France and has successfully maintained its position as a leader in the pool industry,” said Scott Thompson, Executive Vice President, Desjoyaux, North America. “We are excited to introduce Americans to both the quality products and unique franchise opportunities offered by Desjoyaux and consider the Metro-Atlanta area a great place to begin.”
The Desjoyaux Pools Grand Opening occurs on Saturday, April 2 at the Desjoyaux Showroom and is sponsored in part by Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Magazine. Attendees will be entered to win a Desjoyaux pool, including installation, an estimated value of $40,000. Desjoyaux executives will also announce local non-profit organizations that will receive donations as part of a community initiative.
